Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS customer agreements for Constructor’s EMEA customers (MSAs, order forms, DPAs, NDAs, AI addendums).
  • •Support deal structuring and commercial strategy for enterprise sales pipeline across EMEA markets.
  • •Build scalable legal processes, policies, and training with the Head of Legal and COO, and improve Legal team efficiencies through templates, playbooks, and automation.
  • •Advise on GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, NIS2, EU AI Act, and other applicable European and Middle Eastern privacy laws, including privacy-by-design guidance for product and engineering.
  • •Run the EU/UK data protection compliance program (ROPA maintenance, DPIAs, DSAR responses, and cookie/tracking compliance), and monitor emerging AI regulatory developments across EU member states and the UK.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • •Law degree from an accredited institution in the EU, US or UK.
  • •Qualified to practice law in at least one EU member state, US or UK.
  • •5-10 years of legal experience focused on European data protection and commercial technology transactions.
  • •Strong working knowledge of GDPR, UK GDPR, and the ePrivacy Directive, including hands-on privacy program experience (ROPA, DSARs, DPIAs, and incident response).
