Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with ABS leadership and business stakeholders to advance operating model transformation vision, scope, objectives, and business outcomes.
  • •Lead diagnostic, design, and transition of the target enterprise operating model across business units, regions, and departments.
  • •Build and maintain operating model blueprints, including governance models, roles and responsibilities, interaction patterns, and decision rights.
  • •Provide executive advisory on opportunities, trade-offs, and risks; deliver the change narrative and drive alignment through forums and governance mechanisms.
  • •Recruit, develop, and mentor internal consultants and business analysts; build consulting capabilities by sharing methodologies and embedding lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • •Proven management consulting or internal strategy/consulting experience, including significant experience at the Director level or above.
  • •Experience leading sophisticated, multi-workstream operating model or large-scale transformation programs in a global, matrixed organization.
  • •Experience in or with professional services, insurance, or financial services environments is highly desirable.
  • •Strong skills in leading and developing high-performing complementary teams; capable of influencing C-suite executives and presenting complex topics clearly.
