Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the assigned department’s overall performance within a large-format store and ensure operational excellence.
  • •Manage daily operations across stock management, sales, and customer service while adhering to company policies and standards.
  • •Track, analyze, and report departmental KPIs (sales targets, conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and stock loss) to the Store Manager.
  • •Maintain high visual merchandising standards and coordinate with the visual merchandising team on seasonal, promotional, and launch display updates.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop the department team; support coaching and training focused on customer service, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •3-4 years of retail experience, preferably in a big-box or large-format store.
  • •Strong leadership abilities with proven success managing KPIs.
  • •Ability to mentor and develop teams through coaching and training.
  • •Experience with inventory management.
  • •Familiarity with visual merchandising is highly desirable.
