Lead daily operations for a Reformation store in Shoreditch, driving sales performance, revenue targets, and budget discipline. Deliver an elevated, customer-first client experience while coaching teams on engagement and technology. Own inventory accuracy, merchandising standards, loss prevention expectations, and facility presentation. Manage staffing through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance feedback to achieve payroll goals and maintain strong NPS scores, reporting to the Regional Director.
