Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship AI agents and platforms that make Ramp’s customer experience motions faster, higher quality, and more reliable; own the development and deployment of internal AI products, agents, and automations.
•Keep the customer at the center of our AI building efforts; define quality standards and how AI agents and humans should divide and conquer to ensure every customer feels supported.
•Define the future of AI-powered operations and roles in the CX context; enable internal teams to leverage and improve the internal AI stack.
•Own evaluation and iteration by defining frameworks to measure AI agent and tool performance; build dashboards, eval systems, QA checks, and feedback loops.
•Tackle foundational AI infrastructure challenges by partnering with engineering on data reliability and scalable AI systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 290,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in product management, applied AI, product operations, or a hybrid builder role shipping AI-powered products or systems at scale
•Hands-on experience building with AI and prototyping, shipping, and iterating on AI tools, agents, or workflows
•Deep knowledge of core LLM concepts (prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation) and ability translate to user-facing products
•Operational empathy to partner with sales, CX, finance, risk, and other teams to deliver rapid AI-powered solutions
•Customer-obsessed mindset with ability to keep customers front and center when building technical systems
