Key Responsibilities

  • •Support routine on-site accounting operations and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • •Prepare regional accounting reports and China statutory reports.
  • •Manage tax/statutory compliance including monthly tax payments, tax-related submissions, and statistical report filings.
  • •Coordinate responses and support for inquiries from tax authorities and statistical bureaus, including annual CIT filing and tax reconciliation.
  • •Support Coupa-related tasks, bank and POS-related tasks, VAT invoice handling, controllership non-trade payment processes, and assist with reporting transitions and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting/Finance.
  • •2+ years of accounting experience.
  • •Strong MS skills, including Excel.
  • •Fluent English language skills.
