Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate welding, cutting, and material-handling equipment and follow replacement processes for operators.
  • •Assemble and weld engineering prototypes and laboratory equipment from sketches, prints, and verbal instructions.
  • •Perform production welding with acceptable quality and quantity standards, including minor departmental maintenance as needed.
  • •Complete ECRs and support rework, field returns, and engineering change notifications when errors are found.
  • •Provide training with lead-worker responsibilities, assist with production welding on short notice, and help write work orders for Maintenance repairs.
