Lead internal communications planning, development, and execution in partnership with the Office of the CEO and business leaders. Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end management of internal communications, including policies, procedures, and channel governance
•Plan, edit, and write content for internal communications channels (e.g., all-hands updates, intranet, newsletters, emails)
•Partner with leadership on executive communications to ensure consistent messaging aligned to vision, mission, and values
•Apply a change management lens to anticipate audience response and provide clarity and continuity
•Define metrics for employee engagement and communications effectiveness, and coordinate crisis communications with Office of the CEO, GRC, and Legal

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of internal/corporate communications experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology environment
•Experience thriving in ambiguous environments using iterative planning models such as agile sprints and backlogs
•Experience writing for a variety of audiences and executing communications plans/strategies with cross-functional partners
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate at all levels across a global organization
•Bachelor’s degree required
