Job Summary

Provide L3 cross-technology managed services by proactively identifying and resolving complex technical incidents to keep client infrastructure configured, tested, and operational. Handle high-complexity tickets, monitor systems and respond to alerts, and ensure zero missed SLA conditions. Drive operational improvements through optimization and automation, create knowledge articles, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across Cloud, Security, Networking, and Applications while coordinating with vendors when needed.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify, analyze, assign, escalate, and resolve technical incidents while keeping services within SLA.
•Perform advanced troubleshooting and manage high-complexity tickets to improve service quality.
•Conduct monitoring checks, apply monitoring tools, and respond to alerts by identifying issues early.
•Create knowledge articles for frequent tasks/issues and train junior team members to execute them.
•Coach L2 teams and support delivery of projects and disaster recovery functions while coordinating with third-party vendors when needed.

Key Requirements

•Extensive Managed Services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.
•Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
•Proven experience working with vendors and/or third parties.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
•Ability to communicate effectively across different cultures and work well under pressure while adapting to changing client needs.
