Mfg Support Supervisor

Oversee the manufacturing support team to ensure efficient production while maintaining quality, safety, productivity, and inventory control. Lead and coach support staff, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive production goals. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma practices, and monitor production data to improve performance. Work on-site in Ciudad Juarez, reporting to the Operations Manager.
