Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct shared services and product delivery from design through implementation and testing, including FHIR data governance and data quality/pipeline support.
  • •Own intake and triage of shared services demand requests and translate them into scoped, actionable work.
  • •Coordinate across technical teams and system owners to schedule tasks, align dependencies, and resolve blockers.
  • •Manage integrated project plans covering budgets, risk, and status reporting; resolve delivery issues and escalate risks to leadership as needed.
  • •Lead sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives; manage vendor/delivery partner deliverables and advise clients on strategic and technical solution options.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven product management experience supporting shared services or platform environments, including intake, triage, and coordination of demand requests across technical teams.
  • •12+ years of overall experience with 5-8 years of product/program management experience in a healthcare or technical setting (or commensurate experience).
  • •3-5+ years of experience in a data analytics or data-oriented environment and the ability to troubleshoot data quality and data pipelines.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to define product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes, translating stakeholder needs into technical requirements.
  • •Exposure to FHIR standards or healthcare data governance practices and experience managing vendor/contractor deliverables and evaluating delivery quality.
