Job Summary

Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing programs for the Largo Consolidated Manufacturing Center, coordinating lifecycle activities from bid/proposal through development, production, and depot/sustainment. Own program planning, schedule and resource management, capacity analysis, and Earned Value Management, including Estimate at Complete and risk/opportunity management. Partner with program, project, factory, and supply chain teams while interfacing with internal and external customers through key reviews and gates.

Key Responsibilities

•Own total program life cycle execution from bid/proposal through development/EDM, transition to deliver, production, and depot/sustainment
•Manage program planning, capacity analysis, schedule management, resource planning, and manufacturing execution
•Lead process improvement initiatives and coordinate material management activities with supply chain
•Monitor and control budget using Estimate at Complete, Earned Value Management, and risk/opportunity management
•Interface with internal and external customers through Monthly Business Reviews, gates, EACs, program management reviews, and customer visits/tours

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience
•In lieu of a degree, minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
•3 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, program, cross-functional, or equivalent environments
•Familiarity with manufacturing and data analytics tools such as PRISM/Apex, CMES, Kinaxis, and PowerBi
•Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance within 1 year of start date
