Key Requirements

  • •Be a graduate or soon-to-be graduate and be on track for a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
  • •Be fluent in English and ideally another language.
  • •Be ambitious and open-minded, ready to learn through hands-on, lab-based work and real customer innovation projects.
  • •Be excited by science, technology, and new ways of working, with an interest in using data, digital tools, and AI thoughtfully.
  • •Be eligible to work permanently in Europe and be open to travel and relocation as part of the programme.
