Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multiple projects across APAC, overseeing end-to-end delivery from initiation through completion.
  • •Provide programme-level support to regional and country leadership and manage programme reporting cycles (cost, schedule, risks, issues, benefits).
  • •Support business case and planning by developing high-level project costs/timelines and coordinating cross-functional working groups.
  • •Mobilise approved projects, including onboarding and capability development, and ensure effective handover to programme/project managers.
  • •Establish governance and assurance frameworks, deliver assurance across delivery phases, and escalate risks/performance concerns to senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in project management or equivalent field.
  • •At least 12 years of working experience in a related field, preferably in financial services.
  • •Proven experience leading multi-project programmes across regions.
  • •Strong end-to-end project delivery capability, from business case through execution and closure.
  • •Deep expertise in governance, assurance, risk, and performance management.
