Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and progression of the UK cyber pipeline, identifying new business and cross-sell opportunities.
  • •Drive pipeline tracking, opportunity management, and conversion to deliver growth targets.
  • •Partner with brokers and client teams to position Aon cyber solutions and support client engagement.
  • •Create tailored proposals, presentations, and business development materials for clients and prospects.
  • •Promote the use of cyber analytics and translate insights into client narratives to drive growth and improved outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Good knowledge of commercial insurance market practices and dynamics.
  • •Experience in business development, sales enablement, account management, or client-facing delivery.
  • •Interest in cyber insurance, cyber risk, digital risk, or cyber security; curiosity and willingness to build specialist knowledge.
  • •Strong ability to influence colleagues in a matrix environment where collaboration drives outcomes.
  • •Confident communication with the ability to engage client service teams, technical specialists, and senior stakeholders.
