Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles remain safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record according to Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Work rotating shifts (open availability required) from one of the listed daily windows and be available 7 days per week.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading haulers in indoor/outdoor conditions.
  • •Frequent driving capability, requiring excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • •Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card; must have (or obtain) a Notary within the first 90 days.
