Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and continuously improve the Power Reliability Business Unit operating system, establishing structured business rhythm across sites and functions.
  • •Lead the daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual operating cadence, including performance reviews, staff meetings, strategic initiative reviews, and annual plan deployment.
  • •Develop and maintain standardized scorecards, dashboards, visual management tools, and performance review processes covering safety, quality, delivery, productivity, financial performance, employee engagement, and strategic objectives.
  • •Drive Operational Excellence priorities and annual improvement plans across manufacturing sites, aligned to EBS deployment and divisional initiatives.
  • •Coach and develop leaders in EBS, Lean, structured problem-solving, daily management, and continuous improvement; facilitate Value Stream Mapping and cross-functional improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, operational excellence, business transformation, or general management.
  • •Experience leading manufacturing operations/plant leadership teams, value streams, supply chain organizations, or other complex business functions with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and financial performance.
  • •Proven ability to establish and sustain management systems, operating cadences, performance review processes, and governance mechanisms that drive alignment and execution.
  • •Working knowledge of Operational Excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Management, Daily Management Systems, structured problem solving).
