Senior Inside Property Claim Adjuster

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims for USAA members within defined guidelines and state regulatory requirements. This inside, telephone-focused role manages moderately complex damages, confirms coverage, identifies liability and subrogation potential, maintains detailed claim documentation, and partners with vendors and internal teams. Use estimating technology and virtual inspection tools, support CAT/on-call needs as required, and serve as an informal resource for team members.
