Network Security Engineer II

Provide high-level technical support as an escalation point for Cloud Support and Engineering, resolving complex customer issues across the Rackspace Cloud portfolio. Monitor and maintain related infrastructure, ensure control and accessibility of the cloud environment, and implement enterprise-class solutions. Lead work on system architecture enhancements, problem management, and workload optimization while sharing expertise with engineers and administrators and collaborating with account and business development teams.
