Lead and grow the Personal Trust business in the Fox Valley by driving client relationships, team performance, and strategic initiatives. Oversee high-value trust account administration with a focus on exceptional client service and compliance excellence. Partner across business lines to identify client needs, develop solutions, implement profitability and operational improvements, manage the departmental budget, and represent the Personal Trust line in leadership committees.
