Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
  • •Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring KPIs and individual targets.
  • •Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
  • •Coach and train team members with ongoing feedback and development; recruit, hire, and onboard with the Store Manager.
