Key Responsibilities

  • •Dual-report and serve on the SIS Senior Leadership Team to set regional objectives and deliver OKRs aligned to Visa’s strategy.
  • •Drive North America social impact and sustainability programs, including entrepreneurship enablement, financial education, and digital commerce security.
  • •Own go-to-market and sell-in of social impact products to North American clients to secure revenue.
  • •Manage North America executive and client charitable contributions to meet compliance obligations and strengthen local relationships.
  • •Oversee stakeholder partnerships with Visa Foundation and government/communications teams and ensure measurement/reporting of social and business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 5+ years with a PhD.
  • •12+ years across some combination of public, private, and civil sectors; experience with technology and/or financial services preferred.
  • •Outstanding people leadership and management experience building and growing teams and developing talent.
  • •Proven track record scaling public-private partnerships in emerging markets with positive outcomes for communities and the company.
  • •Extensive experience creating and deploying public affairs campaigns, plus strong written and verbal communication in English.
