Lead day-to-day store operations as part of the Store Leadership Team, overseeing associate-level staff and supervising an assigned department. Coach and train team members to ensure efficient procedures, proper standards, and a strong in-store customer experience. Manage store profitability through receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing while collaborating with store leadership on policies and resolving operational issues.
