Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and manage benefits programs across all global hubs, ensuring local compliance and competitiveness.
  • •Manage relationships with benefits brokers, carriers, and vendors globally, including negotiating renewals and evaluating new offerings.
  • •Partner with Legal and regional HR teams to ensure benefits programs comply with local labor and tax regulations.
  • •Lead annual open enrollment and ongoing employee benefits education and communication.
  • •Analyze benefits utilization and cost trends, provide recommendations to leadership, and manage leave-of-absence programs consistently across regions.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience managing global employee benefits programs across multi-country scope (AMER, APAC, and EMEA).
  • •Strong knowledge of benefits compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., US, UK, CH, DE, ES, Singapore, India, UAE, Japan, Australia).
  • •Experience managing benefits vendor and broker relationships, including contract negotiation.
  • •Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to manage concurrent open enrollment and compliance deadlines.
  • •Experience using HRIS/benefits administration platforms and analyzing benefits data.
