Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide daily store operations and hourly associates to achieve excellent customer service and maximize sales.
  • •Provide reinforcement and training to promote momentum and achieve optimal staff results.
  • •Support merchandising activities including displays and product placement on the sales floor.
  • •Assist with documentation for applicants and new hires, and support product flow from stockroom to sales floor.
