Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain production-quality backend software, primarily using Java or Go.
  • •Deliver well-scoped features and technical improvements with increasing independence.
  • •Build and improve services, APIs, libraries, and tooling supporting access-related workflows and platform capabilities.
  • •Write clear, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code and design reviews.
  • •Debug production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve reliability, observability, performance, security, and operational readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Software development experience with Java or Go as a primary programming language.
  • •Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, APIs, testing, debugging, and version control.
  • •Ability to understand an existing codebase and make safe, maintainable changes.
  • •Experience writing automated tests and diagnosing software defects in production environments.
