Key Responsibilities

•Modify/adapt the K12 curriculum aligned to state content standards to meet unique student needs.
•Collaborate with general education teachers to meet targeted student goals through individualized and small-group sessions.
•Ensure implementation of the RTI instructional system and increase student achievement through progress monitoring at every tier.
•Collect and maintain RTI data (eligible student lists, intervention plans) and use data to guide whole and small group instruction.
•Provide ongoing training and support to school/district staff on RTI and data collection procedures, and serve as a daily RTI resource to stakeholders.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 44,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree.
•Active state teaching license.
•Ability to clear required background check.
•Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers to interpret and produce numeric, tabular, and graphic representations of student data and use it to drive instructional decisions.
•Ability to maintain teacher certification/professional development hours and fluency in K12 systems, programs, and curriculum.
