Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate customer technical documents and requirements, including P&IDs, PFDs, flowmeter datasheets, monitoring sheets, and mass balance loops.
  • •Configure unit-specific solutions using MS Azure-based tools and templates.
  • •Create/modify steady-state process models and KPI calculations, and perform QA/QC actions based on technical specialist/customer input.
  • •Install and configure Process Monitor, Process digital-twin, and other advisory applications, including customer portal screen/report setup.
  • •Collaborate with Technical Services for customer releases and monitor/troubleshoot digital twin applications to ensure optimal performance.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E. or B.Tech in Chemical, Petroleum, or Petrochemical Engineering.
  • •5 to 9 years of relevant experience in refinery or petrochemical operations or technical services.
  • •Strong refinery unit process/operations knowledge.
  • •Proficiency with simulation software such as Unisim, HySys, or DWSIM.
  • •Experience with customer and stakeholder engagement and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
