Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and provide signoff for complex SoC and GPU subsystems across advanced process technologies.
  • •Work closely with RTL, architecture, timing, methodology, power, and physical design teams to meet performance, power, area, and schedule goals.
  • •Understand the architecture of the graphics IP and functional block being designed.
  • •Lead large-scale ASIC chip physical implementation with the global front-end and physical design teams.
  • •Drive key PD deliverables across multiple physical design aspects and provide technical leadership, including mentoring junior engineers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CNY 407,680 - 582,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong physical design experience for ASIC physical implementation, including floorplanning, place&route, timing closure, and physical verification.
  • •Working knowledge of deep sub-micron GPU physical design concepts, including clock and back-end signoff skills.
  • •Familiarity with EDA tools from Synopsys, Mentor, and Cadence.
  • •Good programming and scripting skills to support physical design workflows.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering or electrical engineering, plus the ability to learn and work as a team.
