We’re seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive new business in Sofia, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for a SaaS/online marketplace environment. You will hunt for new partners, run demos, manage outreach across phone, email and social channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience and achieve targets.

•KPIs - Consistently achieve sales targets
•Outreach - Calling key decision-makers using phone, email & social touches with the goal of bringing on new business
•Selling - Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners
•Sales Cycle - Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close
•Partnering - Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential partners to align solutions with business objectives

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of solid B2B sales with a track record of success
•Bi-lingual in Bulgarian and English; another language is a bonus
•Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces or payment platforms is highly desirable
•Strong relationship-building skills and a hunter mentality
•Organised, able to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
