Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-design and co-develop production-grade AI projects with customers across industries and use cases.
  • •Embed with client data, business, and engineering teams to contribute to end-to-end solution architecture through production deployment.
  • •Make and defend architecture trade-offs between native platform functions vs. custom code, and batch vs. real-time approaches.
  • •Drive customer adoption through training sessions, office hours, workshops, and ongoing consultative support.
  • •Shape proposals with technical scoping and effort estimation, and coordinate engagements to estimate delivery effort and prioritize sprints.

Key Requirements

  • •8 years of experience in advanced analytics & AI, ideally in a consulting or customer-facing data science/AI solution role.
  • •5 years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
  • •5 years of experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI and ML models.
  • •Track record of owning technical outcomes directly with customers through consulting or embedded delivery models.
  • •Strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
