Spanish Preschool Assistant Teacher

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for toddlers and children ages 3–6 by observing each child’s needs, helping prepare an organized learning environment, and facilitating individualized and small-group activities. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families and collaborate with Lead Guides and team members to strengthen classroom community—helping children gain confidence and independence.
