Key Responsibilities

  • •Assume full responsibility for integration and acceptance testing for one or more product lines, planning, executing, and monitoring activities to support production objectives.
  • •Serve as a technical focal point for assigned product lines, providing updates to management on status, technical issues, root cause analysis, and recovery actions.
  • •Conduct testing across multiple levels of electronic assemblies (digital, analog, RF, box, and system-level) and adapt methods to product requirements.
  • •Interpret schematics, diagrams, layouts, and instructions to perform testing, checkout, troubleshooting, operational testing, and fault isolation against final specifications.
  • •Calibrate and align RF and digital circuits per acceptance test procedures, diagnose malfunctions to component level, collect and document data, and ensure complete verification documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5–8+ years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 4+ years (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •At least 2 years hands-on experience integrating and testing Navigation Aid products/systems or similar aviation-related electronic systems.
  • •Strong ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and mechanical blueprints to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • •Highly detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience providing technical guidance to peers.
