Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with partner teams and SMEs to design e-learning curriculum using AGILE methodologies.
  • •Create scalable training across live in-person, live virtual, and asynchronous formats, including job aids and assessments.
  • •Develop information architecture and instructional designs that follow learning science principles and effective content structure.
  • •Produce high-quality image and video assets aligned with brand standards and best practices.
  • •Evaluate learning solutions for quality, scalability, behavioral impact, and business impact; continually improve using technology-enhanced learning.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years designing online instructional activities, live workshops, and learning experiences for adult learners.
  • •Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline), Camtasia, Vyond, Canva, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • •Exceptional visual design skills with a portfolio of graphic design, digital art, and/or instructional design assets.
  • •Experience creating learning evaluation plans and assessing learner outcomes.
  • •Strong knowledge of inclusive and accessible design, including WCAG.
