Specialist - Content Creation

Design and develop scalable learning programs and e-learning resources for Freshworks’ Revenue Enablement team. Partner with GTM teams and subject matter experts to create curriculum, information architecture, and assessments that improve sales performance and product knowledge. Use eLearning authoring tools to build interactive learning experiences, produce brand-aligned image/video assets, and continuously evaluate quality, learner impact, and business outcomes.
