Head of Talent Acquisition

Lead the strategic direction and continuous improvement of talent acquisition to build a best-in-class recruiting function. Partner with executive and business leaders to define the TA vision, manage end-to-end hiring pipelines, improve speed/quality/cost and candidate experience, and oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and internal mobility. Drive executive and critical leadership searches, evolve the operating model with scalable governance and metrics, and use technology, automation, AI, and data analytics to deliver board-level insights and ROI.
