Job Summary

Lead the Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) and Visa Government Solutions (VGS) business for the Japan, Korea and Mongolia cluster. Own the multi-year strategy, market sales plan, and delivery of VCS volume, revenue, and market share targets across portfolios. Manage and develop a team, drive seamless client engagements with the sales team, scale partnerships, and work with regional and global partners to deliver market solutions for corporates, SMBs, middle market enterprises, fintechs, and governments.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and deploy a multi-year strategy to drive growth and synergies across VCS solutions in the JKM cluster.
•Deliver VCS volume, revenue, and market share targets across VCS business portfolios.
•Manage a team to execute business plans, drive new revenues, identify client needs, and ensure cohesive deployment of VCS solutions.
•Lead client engagements with the sales team to drive expansion across VCS solutions and segments.
•Identify and scale partnerships, and develop/deploy Government Solutions strategy for JKM including multi-year net revenue initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in Commercial Cards, Transaction Banking and/or Cash Management.
•15–20+ years of experience in top-tier financial institutions, payments networks, or financial services.
•Deep understanding of B2B payment trends, the regulatory environment, and the market landscape.
•Proven people leadership track record, including coaching, talent development, and building succession pipelines.
•Strong experience working directly with and influencing clients.
