Universal Banker

Provide accurate, timely customer service in a retail banking environment by processing daily financial transactions and opening deposit accounts. Identify client needs through consultative conversations, recommend suitable products and services, and cross-sell or refer partners to deepen relationships. Conduct regular outbound calls to clients and prospects and support banking center sales goals. Assist with loan application processing handoffs and help ensure compliance with regulations, internal controls, and the code of ethics.
