Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate with clients via incoming phone queue, outgoing calls, and email in an efficient and positive manner.
  • •Provide knowledgeable insurance advice on current prices, coverage, and opportunities.
  • •Stay up to date on insurer market changes and follow insurer and Aon workflows to ensure accuracy and minimize E&O exposure.
  • •Advise and process client requests in insurer portals and Aon’s BMS to ensure underwriting criteria are correct.
  • •Support sales and retention initiatives by upselling or cross-selling products/services and building relationships with clients and partners.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in Home and Auto Personal Lines insurance with proven customer service success.
  • •Post-secondary diploma or degree (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize requests, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • •Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • •Valid provincial license required; certifications such as CIP and CAIB are assets.
