Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing photonic design teams, including line management of engineers.
  • •Strong hands-on background in integrated photonics and taking a photonic product from R&D to HVM.
  • •Expertise in optical communication from device physics to link architecture.
  • •Experience with industry-standard photonic/electronic design tools such as Cadence/Synopsys, Ansys FDTD/MODE, TCAD, HFSS, EMX, and COMSOL.
  • •B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Physics or Electrical Engineering.
