Key Responsibilities

  • •Audit freight invoices, handle disputes, and manage approvals for payments.
  • •Track and record KPIs, and deliver weekly financial/operational reports to leadership.
  • •Resolve financial/invoicing disputes with third-party customers, carriers, lessors, and maintenance providers.
  • •Coordinate with operations and project management teams daily to support turnaround on maintenance estimates and car shop status.
