Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end implementation delivery from kick-off through go-live and handover.
  • •Build and maintain the implementation plan with milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
  • •Establish project governance (RACI, meeting cadence, communication channels, escalation paths).
  • •Lead client kick-off meetings and serve as the primary project management contact throughout implementation.
  • •Coordinate workstreams and countries, manage RAID/action/decision logs, run governance meetings, and drive go-live readiness and handover to Customer Success/BAU.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong project management experience in payroll, HR technology, SaaS, implementation, or another complex client-facing environment.
  • •Proven experience managing end-to-end customer implementations or transformation projects.
  • •Strong understanding of project governance (planning, RAID management, RACI, dependencies, milestones, escalation).
  • •Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously across different countries and time zones.
  • •Project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are beneficial; experience with implementation tools like ClickUp or Salesforce is expected.
