Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer-facing technical activities as a focal point between R&D/Operations and customers.
  • •Perform installation, integration, and commissioning of systems at customer sites (domestic and international).
  • •Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and system repair.
  • •Manage and execute in-house repairs and maintenance activities.
  • •Conduct system testing (functional, communication, software, and hardware) and deliver demonstrations and operational training.

Key Requirements
