Job Summary

KOL Specialist for the Malaysia market responsible for identifying and onboarding KOLs, managing influencer campaigns from briefing to delivery, and analyzing performance. You will partner with marketing and creative teams to drive product launches and brand awareness through influencer activations, ensure content aligns with brand tone and compliance, and provide insights to optimize future activations. On-site in Bandar Utama/Petaling Jaya as a freelance contractor.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and onboard relevant KOLs/influencers aligned with the Malaysia market and brand positioning.
•Build and maintain relationships with influencers across different categories (lifestyle, fintech, lifestyle, etc.).
•Manage end-to-end influencer collaboration process including briefing, negotiation, and coordination.
•Work closely with the marketing team to execute KOL-driven campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness.
•Track influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions where applicable) and provide post-campaign reports and insights.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in influencer marketing / KOL management.
•Strong network of influencers/KOLs in Malaysia is a plus.
•Experience managing social media campaigns or digital marketing activations.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
•Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
