Build and foster trusted relationships with consumer and business customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual interactions. Assess banking needs, gather and process customer/account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to each customer’s goals. Provide an excellent client experience by handling basic transactions, opening accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications, while educating customers on digital and self-service tools to support operational accuracy.
