•5+ years designing and implementing core modules for Windows agent using Microsoft .Net, C#, Windows Services, WCF web services, XML, and multithreading.
•5+ years designing and implementing SOAP and RESTful web APIs and WCF services.
•5+ years improving logging performance by replacing Log4j with NLog and handling log analysis.
•5+ years end-to-end design and integration involving ESM/agent with ZENworks configuration management and related ESM policy handlers, encryption/decryption, and location awareness.
