Key Responsibilities

•Develop a comprehensive personal and family wealth profile, identifying wealth goals in collaboration with the Lead Relationship Manager.
•Design and implement wealth plans that integrate wealth management, wealth transfer and tax efficiency goals with client advisors.
•Collaborate with Portfolio Manager, Regional Wealth Advisor, Trust Advisor, Banker and other professionals to implement wealth plans.
•Monitor and periodically update client wealth plans to ensure alignment with goals.
•Assist in the sales process and identify opportunities to expand client relationships through Northern Trust products and services.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 189,290 - 331,200 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7 years wealth planning experience with high/ultra-high net worth clients in a comprehensive capacity.
•Advanced educational/designations such as CFP, JD, MBA (or equivalent).
•Strong knowledge of wealth transfer planning, taxation, estate planning, and wealth management products and services.
•Strong interpersonal and proactive consultative skills for client engagement and collaboration with professionals.
•Experience interacting with committees/leadership and ability to provide strategic guidance.
