Job Summary

Join Lucid’s Field Sales team as a Sales Specialist in a Lucid Studio to guide customers from initial need through delivery. You’ll leverage product knowledge, manage a sales pipeline, run test drives, facilitate financing and registration, and coordinate with Lucid Financial Service to deliver a seamless, high-touch car-buying experience in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

•Engage customers to understand needs, using personalized interactions and questions.
•Leverage product knowledge to offer tailored Lucid solutions and educate customers on competitive landscape.
•Manage end-to-end sales process from desking to delivery, including financing/leasing applications and status monitoring.
•Coordinate with Lucid Financial Service and Delivery teams to ensure smooth documentation, payment at signing, and handoffs.
•Maintain regular communication with customers, develop relationships, and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet performance targets.
