Senior Facilities Management Engineer (QA)

Oversee workers who maintain and repair building systems, including electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and related equipment. Evaluate problematic facilities to determine installation or repair needs, and coordinate maintenance engineering activities across design, maintenance, engineering, and operations. Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, supervise minor repairs, ensure effective on-call response, maintain detailed work records for auditing, and conduct site inspections with a strong focus on safety and minimal downtime.
