Recruiting Coordinator

Coordinate high-volume interviews and create a thoughtful candidate experience across multiple teams. Partner with People Operations, hiring managers, recruiters, and external search partners to schedule and manage interviews, ensure fast feedback loops, and keep recruiting data accurate in Ashby. Build and improve recruiting workflows, templates, checklists, documentation, and reporting, while supporting offer and onboarding logistics as needed.
