Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Project Controls to ensure project setup captures contract structure, including revenue recognition points and billing milestones.
  • •Partner with operational leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
  • •Review project costs monthly, make necessary accruals, record revenue accruals, and ensure revenue recognition conditions and billing milestones are met.
  • •Maintain visibility over costs incurred, pass through costs, unbilled amounts, and work with Billing specialists to issue invoices timely.
  • •Assist with external audits and tax compliance; produce project reporting, reconciliation, and variance/margin analysis including WIP and backlog reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary degree in Accounting.
  • •Demonstrated financial accounting experience in a similar role.
  • •Minimum intermediate Excel experience.
  • •Previous Oracle experience is preferred however not essential.
  • •Professional attitude with effective interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously under pressure and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
